REFUND POLICY — The Posture Shop

OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be issued for purchases made on The Posture Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

We maintain a strict refund policy due to the nature of our products, logistics, and hygiene considerations.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All completed orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is received damaged or defective (see Section 2).

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Finding a lower price elsewhere

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Delay caused by customs or shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Please review product details, sizing charts, and shipping times before ordering.


2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT ONLY)

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not working as intended, you may request a replacement, not a refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the defect/damage and the packaging.

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

If approved, we will ship a replacement free of charge.


3. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the item received.

We will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Refunds are not provided; only replacements are issued.


4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “delivered.”

Customers should contact their local post office or carrier to file a claim.
However, we will try to assist where possible.


5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be possible — but is not guaranteed.
A processing fee of 20% may be applied to approved cancellations.


6. RETURNS (STRICTLY LIMITED)

Returns are not accepted unless explicitly authorized by our support team in cases involving damaged or defective items.

Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or resent.


7. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a replacement is approved due to damage/defect, we bear the replacement shipping cost.


8. DELAYED DELIVERY

We do not issue refunds for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Global/local logistical issues

These factors are outside of our control.


9. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not liable for the package being lost or undelivered.

  • No refund will be provided.

  • Reshipping (if possible) will require an additional fee.


10. SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance events are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns under any circumstances other than product damage/defect.


11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
